Film star Toni Collette has sold her Australian mansion for US$5.3 million.
The five-bedroom, Spanish-style home in Sydney had failed to attract any bids at an auction.
But The Sixth Sense star’s agents Ben Collier and James Dack later confirmed they had sold the property to an anonymous bidder.
The United States of Tara actress is said to be “very pleased” that the sale had been completed.
The star and her husband David Galafassi have not been living at the property during the sales process.
Around 20 people registered to attend the auction, held in the home’s back yard on Saturday, August 22, but none offered a bid.
The couple, who have a one-year-old daughter, Sage, also have a home in Ireland.
