Tickets for Britney Spears’ Australian tour are being auctioned off on eBay for as little as 55p.
The 27-year-old star was criticised by her fans in Australia for her miming and some fans, who had paid £800 for their tickets, walked out of the two-hour show asking for a refund.
One fan said: “It really is a circus. She isn’t singing and she can’t dance. I’ve blown my dough.”
Melbourne’s Herald Sun newspaper has found that hundreds of tickets for the shows have been put up on the auctioning site as the controversy about her miming grows.
It is claimed dozens of the tickets went up on sale on November 12 and some were on sale for just 55p.
Some fans were offering the tickets in multiples and were being sold well under the selling price of a minimum of £90.
A diamond-class ticket for one of the Sydney shows has a value of around £90, but sold for just £14 on the site.
