Singing sensation Susan Boyle is reportedly going to sing for President Barack Obama in a gig at the White House.

The 48-year-old recently celebrated her debut album I Dreamed A Dream topping the album charts around the world and it has been claimed that the US president is keen for her to perform at wife Michelle’s 46th birthday.

An aide said: “I would expect a formal invitation will be made in the very near future.”

She recently topped the US charts with the album after selling 700,000 copies in its first seven days on sale.

Michelle will turn 46 on January 17, and an invitation will reportedly be sent out for Boyle to perform at the private bash.
