Hollywood star Charlie Sheen has put his Los Angeles mansion up for sale - as he’s looking for a bigger house now that he’s the proud dad of twins.

Two And A Half Men star Sheen and his wife, Brooke, have listed their 1927 Mediterranean in Los Feliz at $3,697,000.

The Sheens have spent the past year restoring and decorating the 4,179 sq ft gated villa, which has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

The parents of twin sons, Max and Bob, born in March, the couple are selling because they would like a bigger house in which to raise their family, according to their listing agents.

The house also has a fountain the stands in the tiled front courtyard while inside, the dramatic two-story entry has wood floors and a vaulted ceiling.

A step-down living room features a fireplace and wood-beamed ceiling while the kitchen, with stone floors and an island, overlooks courtyards and the backyard, which has a swimming pool.

A sweeping staircase leads to the master bedroom wing, the other bedrooms, an upstairs family room and outdoor terraces.

As well as the twin boys, Sheen also has two daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards - Sam, five, and three-year-old Lola - and 24-year-old daughter Cassandra from a previous relationship with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt.
