Singer Michael Bolton has revealed that he will never find love again like he had with ex-fiancée Nicollette Sheridan.

Bolton, 56, dated the 45-year-old Desperate Housewives star for five years, but they called off their two-year engagement last year.

He said: “The worst thing about the end of the relationship was losing your best friend in the world and your closest confidante. It’s a cliché, but I just want Nicollette to be happy.”

He added: “That life experience together isn’t something you can replace with being single. I can’t find that particular type of love again as it was unique, but I’m not ruling out romance and marriage.”
