Thrilled basketball fan David Arquette has proudly showed off his photograph with the NBA Championship trophy, at the Los Angeles Lakers victory parade.

The Scream star was among hundreds of thousands of Lakers fans who descended on downtown LA on Wednesday, to celebrate the team’s 15th championship.

But the actor got closer than most to his idols, including Kobe Bryant as he boarded one of the team’s open-top buses to pose with the trophy.

Ecstatic Arquette later showed off his treasured snap on a local news station.

“I’m the luckiest Laker fan in the world,” he said.

“It was like a dream come true.

“Go Los Angeles! Congratulations Kobe, Fisher and the rest of the team.”
